Holiday Travel: Tuscany on horseback

April 27th, 2011

In previous posts I have explained how travel by car in Tuscany, the best way to reach destinations Tuscans, and how beautiful are the cycling routes in the region. Now that we are squarely in the beautiful month of September and dedicated to those lucky enough to currently not be fighting against the “post-holiday syndrome” and can afford a trip Tuscany, I want to explain that this beautiful land has spectacular scenery riding on horseback.

Through the hills of Chianti or along the coast of Versilia horse lovers will find the most beautiful roads to watch spectacular scenery to enjoy the tranquility and serenity of the trails suitable for horseback riding. The autumn months before the arrival of the cold, are currently touring the region only to see the changes of color in the landscape, and nothing better to do it from the top of a horse passing along to enjoy a calm and tourism all “slow” …

Horseback riding with accessing sites that otherwise would be removed from view, inaccessible landscapes who travels by car and thus maintain a real aura of untouched places, strange places where even today it is possible feel the solitude and the beautiful sound of silence.

One of the most beautiful routes to explore on horseback is the Garfagnana, with trails for exploring the region well organized and equipped, along which we can find houses, camping, and stables for the care and rest of quadrupeds. The Garfagnana is the largest regional park in part of the Apennines and the main entrance is on Corfino.

In any case if there is a real paradise for lovers of the rides in the countryside this is without doubt the Maremma Tuscany, where his endless tracts of land, hills, rivers and lakes form a landscape impossible to describe and explain words. In this link you will find detailed information on the park as well as suggested itineraries and walking horse http://www.parco-maremma.it/

Trip to Rome

April 21st, 2011

As a part of our project work, we got a chance to go to the historical city of Rome. After reaching Rome, we went directly to our hotel room and took rest for that day. Next day morning, we hired a car from www.comparecarrentals.co.nz and went to see Rome.
Rome is known as the “City of Seven Hills” and the seven hills include Cermalus, Fagutal, Oppius, Palatium, Sucusa and Velia. Rome is a beautiful city with various world famous monuments, buildings, parks and other interesting places to see. It is a city with rich history and heritage, and has various lavish Palaces to see including “Golden House of Nero”, which is built in about 200 acres of land and you find 150-foot nude statue of Nero on the entrance of the Palace. Even Rome offers its visitors with various other interesting things like Pantheon, Roman Forum, Vatican Museum and Capitoline Museum. It is a great place for best hotels, excellent restaurants and bars. You to visit Rome and I am sure you will also have pleasing and wonderful journey.

Business Trip

April 21st, 2011

During one of my business trips to New York, one of the amazing things that happened to be is to come across a wonderful site called www.cochesya.es. Though, I have come across various online car hire sites so far, but one is extraordinary. It has a chain of network, where it supplies cars to almost all the top locations across the world though some of the best car hires suppliers like Hertz, 121 car hire, holiday autos and many more.
The terms and conditions are simple and acceptable. When I went through the feedback link, I came across various satisfied customers across the world, who had used these and are very happy. The services provided by this site are excellent and outstanding. Each of the car provided by this site come with various extra features like air conditioners, satellite navigator, route maps and roof racks. I found this to be the best car hire agency I have seen so far and from that time, I have been using these services for both my business and family trips. Therefore, I recommended this site to all those who are in search of a reliable and trustworthy site.

Visa for Australia. Dream or Reality ?

April 6th, 2011

I begin this article making it clear that I am not an expert in the visa process for Australia. I just I will tell you the most common types of visas for people seeking to enter Australia. It is your responsibility to choose the type of visa that suits you and that best suits your situation. I do it just to help you in your decision to immigrate to Australia.

Visa for Australia can be summarized into two groups: permanent residence visas and temporary residence visas or nonimmigrant. For more information visit www.immi.gov.au

Permanent Residence Visas are:

1. The call Skilled Visa (Immigrant as a skilled worker). This is to whom I applied and gave me a time of 2 years and is valid for 5 years renewable. It is not a quick process, that you bear this in mind because one often despair during the process and think that things do not walk fast, which is why you must be patient and know that currently the process for granting this visa is 2 to 3 years.
2. The so-called SIR (Skilled Independent Regional). This visa lasts for 3 years and people who receive this visa are required to live at least 2 years in a region of Australia where population growth is low. Several people who opt for this visa are choosing the city of Adelaide.
3. Business visa. This is specifically for investors. The initial investment can range from AU $ 100,000 to AU $ 1,000,000 dollars depending on the business.
4. Visa sponsored by employer. This is awarded to people for whom the employer has openings available and cannot fill with domestic workers. The person may be outside Australia or within Australia but temporary. Multinationals regularly run when workers moved to branches in Australia.
5. Family sponsorship visa. Its visa is granted to people who have relatives in Australia who are permanent residents or Australian citizens and that the family can serve as sponsor. The family relationship must be a spouse, boyfriend, adopted child, family, orphans, families with special needs, and a relative of the elderly or homeless families.
6. Visa humanitarianism. Given to people living in shelter.
7. Retirement Visa. Given to people who wish to spend their retirement years in Australia.

The temporary residence visas or nonimmigrant are:

1. Tourist Visa. This visa is usually valid for 12 months but the person cannot spend more than 3 continuous months in Australia. With this visa is not permitted to work in Australia.
2. Business visit visa. Valid for 5 years but as the employer cannot spend more than 3 continuous months within Australian territory.
3. Student Visa. It gives people interested in studying in Australia. The form is to meet at least 20 hours of study per week and are entitled to request be granted a work permit limited to 20 hours per week as well.
4. Temporary Residence Visa. Granted to people wishing to travel to Australia to perform a specific activity such as sports, cultural or artistic activity or a temporary job.

The Australia visa application can be done independently, although I recommend doing it through a registered migration agent, who already have the experience and know exactly the process and paperwork to be submitted. They are very helpful to save time and mistakes during application.

The cost of obtaining a permanent residence visa to hire an immigration agent can cost at least U.S. $ 5.000, that leaving aside investment in the airline ticket and the amount of money that should be saved to support first months in Australia to get a job. A ticket will cost around U.S. $ 2,000 but you can always get offers or change frequent flyer miles for those who have them. And to survive the first few months in Australia I dare not say an exact amount, I can only repeat what my immigration agent told me when I emigrated, and that was “carrying enough cash for a year,” of course I went back because the cost of living is high. So I risked bringing a lot less money and had the blessing of work at 3 months after arriving in Australia.

This can give you an idea of ??the investment you need to do and actually doing will help you to realize whether the decision to emigrate and get visa to Australia is for you. This may be just a dream or you can make it a reality. But you must be aware that it takes time and work to achieve it.
